Yes, you can definitely get seat in NDMC medical college under delhi state quota. You didn't mentioned your category so i considered you as an open category student.For getting admission there your marks under general category is 510 in Delhi quota. For non delhi quota it should be above 580. You have good marks. So you will easily get seat.

You have scored Good and enough to land you up in a government Medical college as much as I think you can get MBBS for sure. But depending on the no. of Seats available In Colleges Throughout Delhi. So try for both MBBS AND BDS to be on the safe side. And yes your chances of getting government Colleges are high.
