Dear Akarsh

Akarsh definitely you will be eligible to write the JEE MAINS examination as there is not any specific percentage eligibility for that but inorder to enter in IIT or NIT based upon your category you just lack 0.4 % as for SC Category candidate the eligibility criteria in board is 65% to enter in IIT or NIT. But don't loose hope you still eligible to apply for other colleges.
