Hi Gary, there are some good colleges which can be obtained for 70 percentile in XAT. As per the past trends, some of the colleges are,

1) IMT Hyderabad

2) BIMTECH Noida

3) XIME Bangalore

4) XISS Ranchi

5) Calcutta Business School

6) VIT Business School

7) TSM Madurai

8) Jaipuria Institute of Management

9) KSOM Bhubaneswar

Most of these colleges expect a cut off of around 65-75 percentiles in XAT and CAT
