The XAT 2019 was a tough paper so with around 35 marks above you could get a 90+ percentile. Well, looking at it this way your score of 23.55 should get you a percentile in the range of 86 to 87 percentile. Well, you should look for colleges like K.J. Somaiya, Mumbai or IMNU, Ahmedabad or FORE, Delhi. Look at the link below for a list of colleges and the cutoff.
