Hi aadesh,
Yes you can definitely get admission into your desired AISSMS college .

Because of your sc quota your rank is sufficient for you to get admission into the college.
You can get admission into it with mechanical engineering(sandwich) or production engineering .

Getting admission with core branches with your rank is not possible.
