12th grade marks are considered as eligibility criteria for entry into NMIMS school of Law. We require a minimum of 50% marks in 12th grade to be eligible to apply. For admissions in NMIMS, the marks obtained in HSC do matter. But, the eligibility criteria states that you must have a minimum of 60% score in HSC or equivalent examination. So, you need not worry about that as your scores are eligible for admissions. But, another criteria is that you must have cleared the qualifying examination in one attempt only.  You must have studied and passed in mathematics and statistics in your 10+2 qualification.
