As a general category this score is not qualified score so you will not be eligible to apply for the Government colleges for BHMS programme but you can try for private colleges directly if they allow.

If you belong to reserved category then the chances are less to get admission in Government colleges but you can try for private colleges.

If you belong to general category, you are not qualified to apply for medical seats that come under NEET. Since, BHMS seats are also alloted under NEET, you won't be eligible. Even if you belong to reserved category, you won't be able to get a seat. However, in that case, you are qualified although.
