Different college have different eligibility criteria for BHMS admission .Some state may take their own entrance exams and some of them take through NEET score.
Colleges consider NEET score for BDS admission.
288 marks is too low for both of them.You can try in your home state so that you will get benefit of domicile or any category certificate if you have any.
