see every year cutoff changes and it also depends on students category, seat matrix, questions level difficulty , number of participants etc. so it is really impossible to give sureity of any colleges. from previous year cutoff ranges you have less chances for government medical colleges in kerala .if you are from general category you need to have 550+. but if you are from sc/st category you have fair chances.
