With this much score in jee mains examination your chances of getting the college is very low. I will suggest you to apply for the private colleges as you haven't cleared the cutoff of boards and also the score in jee mains examination is low. 

So i will suggest you to go for private colleges like lpu University, SRM University , Chandigarh University etc.
