Your rank is not decent for vellore campus but yes you get this feild in Chennai or bhopal campus try for counseling round ....hope you may get addmission in your feild of interest...

Since you lie under phase 2 counselling of VITEEE the possibility of getting Chemical engineering in Vellore is somewhat less but yaah you will get the Chemical engineering branch at Chennai campus as well in other campus too.
