As per your rank we can do previous year analysis  to see what you can get
In general category in 2018 the cut off closing was about 10000 and for 2017 it was for ECE in open quota was around 6000 and state quota it was 20000 so you belong to Maharashtra so as per my analysis it wil be difficult for you to get a seat but still you are close so keep your finger crossed and attend the counselling
