Hello Lagan, you can only join Private Medical Colleges of other States tjrough Management Quota. All Government Quota seats in Ptivate Medical Colleges are filled through State Counselling and you need to be a State or home student to be eligible for a seat in private meducal colleges. Depending on your category and your State you may get a seat in a Private Medical College in your home state only.
