Dear Surendra, you havent mentioned which area are you a local to. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various areas under BC Category are as follows:

AU: 484
SVU: 473
OU: 458

Going by previous cut offs and your expectant score, you have a decent chance of getting a seat in any Government Medical College of AP. But we have to remind you that free seat is not an option and you have to pay the regular fees that has been designed for a Government Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You are expecting a great score where as you have decent chances of getting GOVT SEAT in govt college where as there is no called free seat you must pay minimum of the govt prescribed fee aling with that you have obc category you would really get need not worry
