The percentile means that of all the students  who attempted the exam, your score is higher than 76% of the total number of candidates.

Considering the total number of students to be 10 lakhs and using the below formula.

 Rank= (total number of students -(percentile*0.01*number of students))

Ur rank will be around 240000, 

It means u don't get any nit if you are in general category and even u may not even qualify for advance
