If your domicile state is delhi then you literally hold no chance of getting govt mbbs college in delhi at this ranks in general category.  Last year govt seats was allotted upto Air 6349 for gen category students in delhi domicile.

You must try in AIQ counseling to get govt mbbs college although there also it's not fixed as for Gen category candidates govt seats was allotted upto Air 15038.

There have been new medical college sanctioned in NEET 2021 so there is increased number of seats in AIQ quota also,so that's lead you to borderline if you are lucky you might get a govt in AIQ counseling.

You can also get private MBBS colleges in maharashtra state counseling if you are planning for it.
