I have secured neet air 107871 in neet 2019 and my obc category rank is 40821 ,can I get government bams of bums College in Bihar?

Hello aspirant, 

Well I would not talk about ranks, I would explain a simple criteria for admission in colleges for BAMS and BUMS. 

To get into a government college for BUMS you need to score a minimum of 300 marks. 

To get into a government for BAMS you need to score a minimum of 400, for a semi government college you need to score a minimum of 345 and for a private college you need to score about 119-280.
