Hello,

Even if your rank lies within cutoff rank of a branch at an IIT, you haven't fufilled the boards eligibility criteria for admission in any IIT. The boards eligibility criteria for SC/ST candidates is to have an aggregate of at least 65 percentage in CBSE Class 12th boards. Since your obtained percentage in boards is lesser than 65 percentage, you can not get admission in IIT despite of your JEE Advanced rank.
