Hello Ankur!
You are eligible to apply for IIT and there won't be any issue regarding that. The mininum marks required in 12th board for SC category is 65 percent and you are much above that.
In JEE ADVANCED there is no such rule of adding board marks. Only your score in JEE ADVANCED will be considered.
