Yes,You are definitely eligible to study in Andhra Pradesh. There is no issue regarding the institute you last joint at the place you are living before.

No one is going to create a problem if you are going to shift in any other state or district or city for studying. So,  just don't worry about it.

Yes, you are eligible to study in Andhra Pradesh but not as a domicile canditate because you have passed your intermediate examination from Telangana and because of which Telangana will be your home state and you'll ne domicile of Telangana only.
