Hello Aspirant, For getting Home state Quota there are different criteria's in different exam, For Example - NIT give home state Quota from the state you have passed 12th Examination however In Medical College Home state Quota is provided on the basis of domicile certificate. so, it depends upon in which college you want to take admission in which course, if you want admission in NIT then you will get Home State Quota in Haryana or if you are taking about Medical College in JAMMU and Kashmir then you will get Home State Quota.
