Firstly see if there is any information regarding form correction is given on the official site otherwise you should ask some higher authority for help from the helpline nos. regarding this and Second thing is ,if they had not send you any notice regarding wrong documents this means your candidature is going okay till now they will recheck it only at time of admissions so you can take a chance and can claim that josaa had not give me any notice regarding this BUT if you received any notice then there is only option of requesting thriugh helpline and there decision would be final then.

 If you dont conside jee advanced result and all docs in jee process are okay then you can attend allocation process by jee mains marks with no problem.
