Master of Science is a 2 year Post graduation degree . The Basic eligibility is one should have completed Bachelor of science degree. In Bachelor of Science you will have a core subject related to your group. You can study MSc only on that particular group or domain or Subject. If you have studied MP Computers in BSc then you cannot take a group Related to Botany and Others. Only related to your BSc group shall be taken.
