Your qualification are perfectly fine to be eligible for the course though the problem is that in DU the cutoff is really high and if you are from general category it will be diffivult for you to get in top colleges .These are the top college you can choose go for :

                 According to top colleges under, you have less chances for psychology. But some of colleges is here, where you can get chance if you wait till 5th round of counseling. If you are from general category, most of colleges cutoff is above 91-92%
