The Counseling for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced would be done online by JOSAA counseling.
Through the Counseling if you a get a seat in IITs then you can definitely join the Institute once you recover. At the time of going to campus, you would be required to show a medical certificate which verifies that you have recovered from covid 19 and have improved.
