According to me you should focus on your school right now and keep it as your priority for the time being. There's no point in scoring good in jee at the cost of your 12th marks. While focusing on school you can prepare for JEE as well by solving past years papers, giving online mock tests and so on .

I think your first preference should be a school. You can study yourself at home for JEE, without joining class. After completing school ,then you can join class.
