The trouble you are facing is faced by many, but with proper and wise time management, it can be tackled. The 12th Board and JEE exams are held within a gap of just a month and it is understandable why the preparation can get a little difficult. The basic difference between the JEE and the 12th Board is that in JEE, the 11th Board syllabus is included too. Here are some basic things you can do to make the preparation much easier:
1. Compare both the syllabi and make a list of the topics in common. That sorts out half of the preparation already.
2. Make a time table for the 12th Board exam wherein you can you can oranise your time in such a way that your preparation for the 12th Board is already done a month in advance. In the remaining one month, divide your time in preparing for JEE and revising what you already prepared for 12th.
3. In the next month, i.e., after the Board exam, focus mostly on the syllabus of 11th class. Also, keep revising what you studied for 12th.
4. Set your target everyday. Decide on ehat topics you aim to cover today.
5. Make it a point to practise sample papers, take mock tests and solve previous years' question papers every day.

You should first focus on your 12th board and read NCERT and related books as much as possible for a given chapter in a given subject. After you think you have gained confidence over that chapter, go for JEE level question practice sheets and try to solve it. As your school runs JEE classes also, so you can ask any doubt on JEE level questions from your school teachers. Also, the most important thing is study daily on a regular basis and keep a time table.
You should concentrate basically on class 12th NCERT syllabus. JEE mains exams contains mostly NCERT textbook questions. Go through each and every line of the topic thoroughly.
