Before proceeding to the fees of mop up round you need to understand what's mop up round first- These and special rounds for those candidates who have not been able to secure admission through the general counselling rounds and hence are provided an opportunity to secure a seat from the remaining vacant seats.

The process of fee submission in mop up rounds is the same as the general counselling process where you have to pay the application fees to register yourself for admission purposes followed up by document verification and later final admission.
