To be eligible for JEE Advanced 2020, you need to appear for JEE mains in 2020 and get a qualifying score. As you have appeared for JEE mains in 2019, you could have appeared for JEE Advanced 2019 only.
Also, please note that you can only appear for JEE mains for three consecutive years and two consecutive years for JEE Advanced, the first year being the year you appeared for class 12.
So if you have registered for JEE mains 2020, then you can appear for JEE advanced 2020.
