I have tried 2 times. It showed transaction failed. After completing steps 1 and 2 now I am stuck in step 3. I received OTP both times but the page will not load forward. Money is already deducted from the account. What should I do?

Hey,
Such problem occurs because of drop in connectivity from Banks server to the NIC server on which NTA website has been hosted.
In such situations, Banks servers are sending the message to NIC server 2-3 times a day to ensure that the dropped communication cycle is completed.
So,Once your payment communication reaches the NIC server, you will be able to generate the confirmation page. You are advised to wait for 24 hours if such problem has been faced by you. Your problem will be solved soon.
