No, your application will not be rejected as long as the information you have provided is true. In DU application form you can only make changes in marks obtained without any additional fee till the last date of application. And you cannot edit or correct the documents that you have uploaded during this period but an announcement will be made in University of Delhi website regarding the updation of supporting documents such as marksheet, category certificate, minority certificate, medical certificate etc. As you want to update your marksheet you can do it when the notification is released and you need to update it within the given time.
