Your 10th marks sheet is a proof that you have completed your 10th successfully. It also is a valid proof of your Date of Birth. And in few Boards, the Marks sheet is considered as the Pass Certificate as well. So even if you have uploaded your 10th marks sheet instead of 10th Certificate, it is still fine and there is no issue. So do not worry about it. As long as the marks sheet serves the purpose of validating your Date of Birth, your 10th marks sheet is fine and you needn't update it to Certificate.
