It is clearly mentioned in the instruction panel that one can not make changes to the registration form after payment of the fee. So candidates are adviced to check through and then pay the fee.  So, no. You can not edit the DU application form after payment.

However, you can start afresh by registering again with a new registration ID and Password. In that case, you have to fill up the form and do the respective procedures again.
