Hi aspirant,

ideally they will revert in the mail within 24-72 hours, so wait for atleast 72 hours. If you still not get reply after 72 hours, then kindlt send the chasing mail and also call their helpline number which is available on website and tell them about the issue they will able to guide you further.

hope this is helpful to cmear your dilemma.
