Yes, you can still crack the NEET after clearing 10+2 physics exam from NIOS board. You can attempt the NEET exam under the code 2 for NEET which makes the droppers eligible to wrote NEET after clearing their subjects (10+2) from NIOS board. Check here for more details:

Thankyou soo much for your reply..i want you to ask one more question that will there be any problem in my future for not being a regular student in 12th, as nios is a open school board?
Please reply because i dont want to take any risk regarding this in my future ..please try to clear my doubt.
