It does not matter from which state you have the exam.The state in which you have a domicile and you have applied for state quota is the one which will publish your name in their merit list,which in your case happens to be telangana. 

Hence your name would come in merit list if you registered for state quota of telangana.

You might have written the exam from anywhere in India ,but it doesn't matter .Your ranking would be determined based on your state of domicile i.e. Telangana and 85% reservation would also be applicable for the Telangana.
