As far as I know, it is through the entrance exam. What I dont understand is the cutoff in engineering that you are talking about. Are you giving the TNEA marks? I dont think Amrita accepts through TNEA All admissions are completed as far as I know as counselling is over and its all through AEEE. Also Biology students cant apply for engineering as the eligibility clearly states PCM.
