If you think you will qualify neet this time and can do better in studies, you may choose to study abroad.
it's a good option too.
I myself am a UG final year student abroad.

Hello student,

For securing a seat in any government medical colleges in India, the minimum eligibility criteria is that you must have score at least 50% in PCB in aggregate in class 12. Since you don't meet the criteria, you are not eligible to apply for counselling in govt medical colleges via NEET.

You need to either sit for improvement exam, or grab a seat im private colleges.
