No,in the basis of your jee mains score you won't gate admission in UPES in CSE branch as it is most demanded branch.However you can take admission in UPES by giving the exam conducted by UPES college(i.e.UPESEAT ).

This exam is not tough as JEE mains you can easily qualify for it,there will be 200 question from maths,phy,chem,english. 1 marks will be given for one question if you score more than 70 marks then also you will be qualified and you can get CSE branch with specialization also.

You should also exams for other state colleges like COMEDK,MHT-CET, etc.
