Same as last year this year also NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY ( NTA ) will set question paper , this will provide the code wise question papers of NEET  during the offline entrance examination. According to the exam pattern of NEET 2020, candidates will be given an OMR sheet to mark their responses.

As The NEET 2019 WAS CONDUCTED BY NTA SO THIS YEAR TOO i.e, in 2020 also the NEET WILL BE CONDUCTED BY NTA.

National Testing Agency (NTA) is an Indian government agency that has been approved by the Union Council of Ministers and established in November 2017 to conduct entrance examinations for higher educational institutions.

The government appointed Vineet Joshi as the first Director-General of the agency.
National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts NEET 2020 in pen-paper mode. In the exam, 180 MCQs are asked from biology, physics, and chemistry. Each question is of 4 marks and a negative marking of 1 marks is done.
