Whatever you are said it's totally wrong dear. I don't why you want to know about this i assume that you want to get admission in Andhra University. Look this is the oldest University dear. And top ranking with good reputation. The placement also good here.

And you talking about the culture, so look every state has own culture. So if you come Andhra University from another state so it's little bit time to adjust just because of different state. But as a college it is very good dear don't worry.
