If you want to become a teacher in government college you should go for NET , GATE exam.
And you should first gain some experiences being in an private institution that will be more helpful in your career.

or technical institutes, then usually colleges
consider GATE or NET qualified candidates.
If you are getting an opportunity to teach
then you may start teaching from any college
who is not bounding you in specific eligibility
criteria

So start your career from any college, gain
some experience then you may apply in any
private or govt college.

First try to join as a fresher in private colleges
lecture, stick to the same college up to 2 to 5
years in between

After 2 or more years of experience
certificate jump to a Government College
Lecture Post and enjoy ur dream job
