Since you belong to the UR category you need minimum 50th percentile to qualify neet UG 2019. Now this is not percentage but it is percentile. The percentile is calculated as:

(No.of students behind you/total no.of students) multiplied by 100.

You can calculate your percentile using this equation and find out whether you have above 50 percentile. If it is below 50 then you have not qualified the exam . If it is above 50 then there will be some error .
