sir i got 324 marks in neet nd i'm an sc candidate still i'm getting "U R not permitted for neet councelling"

The NEET 2018 cutoff for counselling is 96 marks for SC Category. You are very much eligible for counselling.
Please check if you have submitted proper details regarding reservation while applying or you can directly contact the NEET Counselling Committee.
