Since, your rank for the given percentage will be around 100000. Your chances of getting seat will depend upon your category. They are offering admission to 350 seats and there are reservation for different categories.

Currently, five B.tech preogrammes are offered to eligible candidates. According to previous year data, getting a seat in computer science and Electronics and communication engineering is difficult for this rank. You can get seat in  branches like Civil, mechanical , electrical. 

Apart from this, you should have 55% aggregate marks in Physics , chemistry and Mathematics.

You have got 88 percentile in JEE main paper 2 that means your rank should be around 17k.you can also calculate as

Rank=(100-your percentile)×145000÷100

According to last year cutoff your marks should be more than 215 for getting admission.
