i joined in a jntuk affilicated college and left it before sem 1 exam.Now they are not returning my certificates and asking me to pay fee

Dear Maramganti Hari Teja,

It's totally depends on the college whether they charge full fees or some amount if you leave the college as no college will bear the loss of one seat which can be offered to some other student.

Now, it's upto you if you can arrange your documents from your school it's good otherwise you have to pay the fees to the college to collect your documents.

Now if i get a new one will jntuk accept my application and give another admission this year college?
