Dear Aman, yes this year there.is no choice filling option. The  admission to Bihar Medical and Dental Colleges is based on merit list of NEET 2019. You will compete against a total of 990 Government Medical/Dental Colleges across Bihar. The exact no.of Private seats will be informed during the time of counselling. So seats are allotted based on your rank in the merit list and unfortunately not on the candidate's selection.
