No, you cannot delete the options for second round seat allotment. You cannot even add new list of colleges unless new seats are introduced in the seat matrix. If you have selected choice then the higher priority options above the allotted institute in first round will be considered for seat allotment in second round. For instance if your allotted seat in first round is listed in the 10th option then for second seat allotment the options from 1-9 will be considered and you can change the priority of the options from 1-9 for second seat allotment but you cannot delete all the options and list down only one option that is your allotted institute for seat allotment is second round as there is no such provision to delete the options.
