Yes you may get admission in good college to study b.sc.
There are many government college that conduct their own exam such as B.H.U or Lucknow University.
There are  many private college that conduct their own exam or take direct admission such as St.Stephen college or Christ University.

Your Intermediate Marks are okay. There is no problem with your marks. The Basic eligibility to do BSc  graduation is one should have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% of marks. Every institute has this eligibility. So you will get admission in any of the college.
