Inorder to get the CSE at VIT Vellore premises you should have the score of atleast 75+ marks in the VITEEE entrance exam such that your rank will be under 10 / 20k and your fee structure will be comparatively less than the other students who are having the large ranks regarding the preparation of VITEEE below the link is given through which you can able to check that.
